Beautiful Sunday

 I promised myself that I would do better.  That I would take walks, at least every Saturday and Sunday, minimum.   We have such a lovely parks here in Macon Georgia and one of my favorite is the Amerson Park.   It has plenty of shades in the trail to help keep us cool in this summer heat.  and the scenic is gorgeous. 

I’m glad my mate pushed me today to go out for a walk at the park.
